How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

The choice is yours. You may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual needs. We will ship your products every two months, if you did not change your shipment interval. You can Chat with us to customize your next scheduled shipment.

Can I add items to my next shipment?

Adding items to your next shipment is easy! After receiving your first order, you can add new products to your future shipments at any time.

Are you able to ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States, including U.S. territories of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, and Canada.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped and you’d like to make changes, you can do so by accessing our online Chat feature or you can call us at 1-800-210-3379. If you'd like to cancel any future orders, please click here or you can call us at 1-800-210-3379.

Please note, if your order is shipping within the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment. Not to worry, if needed, you can always return the shipment once it’s received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Kind Science purchase, just return the container(s), even if empty, within 30 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (less S&H).
